Game Day

It's 40 degrees and sunny in beautiful Evanston this morning. Today is the big game between the Seabury Saints and the Nashotah House Black Monks. It's the co-ed, liberal seminary against the almost entirely male, conservative seminary. We're hosting. Eucharist at 10 (that's the part I'm working on,) football at 11:30, and potluck at 1ish. They're bringing 100 people. I hope we'll have 25. Hopefully it will be a friendly rivalry sort of a day and everyone will have on their good behavior hats. In the past there has been some ugliness between the two schools. Seems a shame for seminaries. If we can't get along, how do we expect the rest of the church to do it?
