Birthday Haiku

Yesterday I received an email with the invitation to my small birthday gathering next week. A couple of my friends are hosting a little party at the beach for me. Here is the invitation:

Birthday

Bay

Party

Laughter from friends

Food that never ends

Is she over the hill? She doesn’t act like it

Or is that the mojito talking?



Will you be there?


I thought it was wonderful. I love creative friends. I love birthdays. I love mojitos or really anything with rum. It's going to be a good day.
