Diagnosis: Cold

Going to the doctor is never satisfying to me. I spent the weekend with a cloud in my head, unable to breathe, unable to sleep, unable to do much work beyond finishing my liturgy project. I feel wretched. Surely I have pneumonia or the plague or at the least, a sinus infection. No, a cold. Everything looks good. How can everything look good when I feel so bad? I did get an antibiotic since this has gone on so long, and I filled it since I haven't taken one in a couple of years. I don't know if i really need it, but anything that might make me feel better would be a blessing.
